The best way to do this is to create a Position on Hired. You can do this by importing open reqs from your ATS, or creating a position manually based on skills and experience you would like in a potential candidate. We'll use all of this information to deliver a pipeline of candidates that match these specifications.
Even if you only get very few results when you first create a Position, keep in mind that new candidates go live every day so you’re likely to see more. Positions also help give us a signal of demand for the skills you are looking for, so we can go out and find new candidates based on your needs. On occasion your CSM may find a candidate they think is a great match for one of your roles they may add customized recommendations for you in the Just For You tab.
