How do you vet your candidates?

In order to provide you with predictable pipeline, we use a combination of human and algorithm-based curation to review all candidate profiles, both for experience, and their intent to find a new job.
We look at the type of roles the candidate is looking for, the location, skills, etc and see how that relates to their past work experience and how that relates to the open positions you have in the marketplace.
Because we’ve curated active, experienced pipeline, you can expect candidates to be responsive. 95% of candidates on Hired will reply to your requests and around 60% will accept requests to talk.
