If there are candidates you're not interested in speaking with just skip them. If you see a candidate repeatedly that you're not interested in hiring you can 'hide' them. However, we recommend using this sparingly as it prevents you from ever seeing this candidate again, even if they are a fit for a new role. The hide feature only works for your personal account, not for the other users on your company account. |
