How do I communicate with candidates on Hired?

First contact with candidates needs to be made through Hired. If a candidate is already in your database but has not recently interviewed or corresponded with in at least a year, you should reach out via Hired.
Utilize our in-app scheduling tool for the first recruiter screen so we can know the process has kicked off and to eliminate the scheduling back-and-forth. If you are ATS-integrated then you don't need to communicate within the Hired app.
