Currently, our platform matches employers with full-time and contract software engineers, product managers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers with backgrounds in leading companies like Facebook, Apple, and Google, and degrees from leading universities like MIT, Harvey Mudd, and Stanford. We also have entrepreneurial types as well, with many co-founders and previous CTOs in our ranks. 

The majority of our tech talent has between 2-8 years of experience, but we also have new grads and seasoned principals.
