Privacy is extremely important to us here at Hired. Your profile is automatically hidden from your most recent employer, so the company's users won't be able to surface your profile when they search for candidates on our platform. Additionally, you may utilize the Blocked Companies feature to hide your Hired profile from any other companies where you have worked or where you are currently interviewing. Simply search by company name, and if the name appears in the dropdown, select to block. If the company name does not appear in your search, the company is not an employer on the Hired platform. (Your profile is never visible to companies off the platform.)
