How can I reset my password? What if that did not work?

Please visit Hired's Sign In page and select the "Forgot your password?" option. Enter your email and submit. A link will arrive in your inbox shortly. (Be sure to check your junk mail if you do not see it within a few minutes). Use this link to reset your password. Try to utilize the reset link right away, as they expire quickly.  


If that does not work, the reset token may have expired. Please visit Hired’s Sign In page and select “Forgot your password?” again. This will request a second password reset. Watch for the email right away and ensure you check your junk mail as well.  If you encounter further difficulty, take a screenshot of the error you receive and forward it to support@hired.com.
